We updated to the newer version and now have the option to email from consignpro. we are not having any luck in setting up the information to send. We are pretty sure it has to do with the outgoin mail server. We set it up the same as the email. any thoughts?

Most of the problems with this feature have to do with the Outgoing Mail Server, Port number, and Authentication settings on the ConsignPro Mail screen.
Unfortunately, we do not know the correct settings for these fields as they are specific to your Internet Service Provider at your shop. For the correct settings, please contact your ISP's tech area and ask for these settings.
Currently, ConsignPro does not support sending email using SSL. Most ISP's have both SSL and non-SSL servers. In such instances, be sure to ask for the server and port which does not require an SSL connection.
