If I pull a Customer Report for example using "After 6/30/12" as the Date of Last Visit, why does the report tell me how many total visits and total spent for every time they've ever purchased in my store and not just for the date parameters I used?
For example: A customer has been shopping with me for over 2 years and has purchased 17 times for a total of $2,000 in that 2 year period. However they were only in once "after 6/30/12" and spent $50 but the report tells me they've been in 17 times and spent over $2,000 "after 6/30/12". Thanks

Yes! I've noticed that too. I would love to be able to limit the report to a time period and dollar amount or number of visits within that period. I would like to send gifts to those top customers at the end of each year, but the same people pop up again and again. Their children have now outgrown our store, but it's hard to narrow it down without being able to define BOTH the beginning and the ending of a time period.
