% box and item desc drop down box

I would like to be able to start typing and have my Item description come up. I like to type W and have wedding dress come up. I miss that feature.

I would also like the % to be able to always be at a certain amt. I get a customer in with many items and in trying to get the items inventoried with the customer in here i tend to forget to click that % box. All my items are the same 50/50 split. So when i go to pay the consignor some do not get their half because it auto goes to 0%
