I love the Comeback Buks feature, but would like to see an option to put a specific expiration date in rather than just "days until expiration" or "no expiration".

I also use the Comeback Buks and my customers adore them. Even if they never use them, it's a great feel-good at the time of purchase when we point it out (every time).
The only change I'd suggest is being about to change the name "Comeback Buks"...it's the old English Lit major in me that starts twitching at the "buks" and not being about to change it to "bucks". lol

My dream come back bucks feature and what would have me singing CP praises to no end would be having the option for a come back buck just for people who have an account. If someone uses their account balance for a purchase (which already shows on on the receipt anyway) you can choose to associate a % to calculate based on the amount of their account credit they use. This prints the coupon for the consignor and shifts the burden of keeping up with rewards to the customer and NOT the shopkeeper. Perfect way to reward those who consign with you and not everyone who makes a purchase and NOT on the total amount of purchase. This gives the shop owner the option of either rewarding everyone or just consignors so you could still choose the traditional comeback buck OR the one that only rewards consignors. PLEASE!!!!!!

I've used this program for 5 years, and have never tried come back bucks. How does it work?

Under "Store Terms" there is a button that says "Comeback Buks" and if you click on it, there is a pretty good explanation of how it works. Basically, a reward amount is provided to customers who purchase something that can be used at a later time. It's a great feature!

We've done a couple of "Expired Coupon" days. So far, so good. 2nd was busier than 1st. It has really upped our Facebook fans as we tell people to keep watch on our FB page for when we announce the next one, or contest, or whatever.
